Netflix House goes further and creates an unforgettable venue where visitors and fans explore their favorite stories beyond the screen, delight in themed treats and find unique and exclusive merchandise, year-round.
The first two locations are at King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas with Las Vegas programmed to launch 2027.
Role: Merchandising and Retail Strategy
Set and led merchandise & retail strategy and long-term vision for the first two pilot flagships of Netflix House. Managed key steps along the full guest journey workflow with emphasis on the role of retail, assortment plan and product development, ultimately ensuring an elevated experience for visitors.
